Expert in Food Microbiology and Food Safety: Incidence and survival of food-borne pathogens and spoilage microorganisms in vegetables (fresh, minimally processed, processed and juices). Especially the microbial decontamination strategies through chemical, physical or biological control (bioconservation with biocontrol agents to limit the growth of spoilage microorganisms and foodborne pathogens)
